The ticketing system is extremely frustrating. Visitors are REQUIRED to purchase tickets online, even when they are at the entrance. While buying tickets in advance from home is an option, attempting to do so at the gate becomes a futile exercise, even for those who may have the necessary skills. It was so pointless that even the helpful attendants had to bring me to an actual clerk to pay with a traditional credit card. The cashier was hidden from view and seemed inactive. To visit the museum, an additional online payment is needed at the entrance, which is inside the park. With my back aching from trying to scan a QR code, fingers freezing in the morning chill, and my phone responding sluggishly, I ultimately gave up on this experience. Frustrating doesn't even begin to cover it.
