The ticketing process is extremely frustrating. Visitors are REQUIRED to purchase tickets online, even when they are at the entrance. If someone prefers to buy tickets from the comfort of their home, that's understandable. However, at the gate, even for those who may have the necessary skills, it turns into a pointless endeavor. It was so pointless that even the very accommodating attendants had to escort me to an actual clerk to pay with a traditional credit card. The cashier was out of sight and seemingly inactive. Additionally, to enter the museum, there is yet another separate online payment required at the entrance, which is located within the park. With my back hurting from trying to scan a QR code, fingers cold from the morning chill, and my phone responding slowly, I ultimately gave up on this experience. Frustrating is an understatement.

To visit the museum, an additional online payment is needed at the entrance, which is inside the park. With my back aching from trying to scan a QR code, fingers freezing in the morning chill, and my phone responding sluggishly, I ultimately gave up on this experience. Frustrating doesn't even begin to cover it.
No stars! It's a scam. Only purchase from the official website. I mistakenly thought this was it, but it isn't. They double-sell tickets without having any available. They also charge 14€ instead of 10€. My ticket was already used, and I couldn't enter the park. I'm still fighting for my refund after being on hold for two weeks.
After purchasing tickets (April 21, 2023), they were not issued or reserved for the park (this site is merely an intermediary that reserves tickets on the official site after payment). Ticket prices here are 60% higher than on the official site. They refuse to refund tickets that were never received and have poor communication with customers (lack of responsiveness).
Avoid this website. We bought four tickets, received an email confirmation, but never received the actual tickets. Staff at the park indicated this happens frequently and advised always purchasing from official websites, where prices are also cheaper. Do not buy tickets here.
