1. Lettings- Fine service until the agent became irritable and aggressive when we simply (and nicely) asked questions on why landlord was putting more clauses into agreement after they already had our deposit2. Property Management- Horrible, horrific, superficial, rude- We have been living in our flat in Belsize for over three months and simple issues we reported such as broken toilets at move in and broken curtain rods were not fixed, even though raised issue around safety if curtain falls on sleeping children- This was raised numerous times, to numerous individuals- Geraldine has tried to help, but it was only a superficial glue - the issue came back within a few weeks- Specifically, Tom who worked there previously was extremely rude. When he knew he was leaving for another job and truly stopped caring, became outright nastyBottom line: Gel tries and thanks for that, but issues still not fixed, and rest of staff is incompetent and rude in our experience (and it takes a LOT to rile us, let alone leave a review)
