I went to their payment site online and the parking lot was not on their list and there was no means to input it.I went to their monthly parking option and received a response in French, which I don't speak. To install their app you have to agree to allow them to use your device to take pictures and videos as well as access to your USB device. I was using Google Pay but they started managing accounts that had nothing to do with them and they didn't make a payment which screwed me.
