Very Disappointed with IndiGo
I had a very bad experience flying with IndiGo from Denmark. The staff insisted on seeing the ID of the person who booked my ticket, and even after l showed the ID, they demanded the person be physically present, which was completely unnecessary and stressful.
And the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when I approached them for assistance. Instead of helping, their attitude made the situation worse and left me feeling disrespected as a passenger.
I have booked indigo airlines tickets from Bahrain to VISAKHAPATANAM on 4/02/2026 Bahrain to Mumbai flight delayed Mumbai to Hyderabad flight delayed Hyderabad to VISAKHAPATANAM missed due to delay Irresponsible indigo service asking me to book another ticket without any response So everyone please avoid indigo services

We parked our call one night in the Nice Louvre location, and when we went in the morning we saw that our car broken into through the window and our belongings stolen. Bear in mind we parked our car right next to the security camera. We had also parked in the streets the night before and it was safer.There was a staff there for us to speak to when we found our broken car, but he was unable to help. He simply admitted that this happens often. We called Indigo, and they said it’s not their problem. We will file a report with a police.
I'd planned an overnight stop in Ypres on a motorcycle tour. A couple of days prior, I discovered that a car rally was taking place and roads around the market square would be closed off, with the loss of many parking spaces and potentially leaving me with a long walk in heat wave conditions carrying luggage and wearing motorcycle clothing, so I booked the underground car park at the Novotel, which was quite close to my hotel. Because I had no front number plate on the bike their anpr cameras wouldn't detect my vehicle but they said I could access the car park via bluetooth in their app. I arrived to find that the barrier refused to lift when I tried via my phone, so after many attempts I had to use the intercom, which was muffled so that you could barely hear what was being said and get someone to raise the barrier. The following morning when trying to exit the car park I had exactly the same problem, so once again I used the intercom to explain my problem and get the barrier raised. By mid-afternoon I arrived at my next stop and thought I'd check the Indigo app and found that my parking session was still active, potentially racking up parking charges. I had to use their app again to contact them and let them know I'd left the car park hours ago. To be fair to them I was promised fairly quickly that I wouldn't be charged extra but that still remains to be seen at the time of writing. In any case, this situation shouldn't have arisen if they would ensure their app and Bluetooth entry system worked properly. I just wish I'd read all of the bad reviews before using them.
They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau.I downloaded their app and there was no installer. I went to their payment site online and the parking lot was not on their list and there was no means to input it.I went to their monthly parking option and received a response in French, which I don't speak. To install their app you have to agree to allow them to use your device to take pictures and videos as well as access to your USB device. I was using Google Pay but they started managing accounts that had nothing to do with them and they didn't make a payment which screwed me.
I got charged double for parking!!! They had a faulty card machine so I had to tap the card twice and the man on the intercom promised that I wouldn’t get charged twice but it happened anyways… I don’t know how to get in touch to receive a refund for the double charge
shocking service. Arrived on time at Term 3 but upon arrival 2 weeks later - waited over 45 minutes, lied about driver having left, then said they were understaffed, then said he told me previously it would be late, then it was traffic in the tunnel. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. AVOID.
