Took my moneyCar park was fullI emailed to request a refundTold me they can’t refund as the request wasn’t made within 2 hours of trying to park as per their FAQ. I didn’t look their FAQ, I didn’t think I needed to. I had paid and had the address. They make their non-performance your issue. Never on my confirmation email did it mention the 2 hour rule or that fact THEY DONT GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE. This would be the honest and transparent place along with something more obvious on their website, but guess what.... they want you to make this mistake. There were 6 other cars, that I saw, in the same situation as me that day..... be aware!!!!STEER CLEAR - they are thieves
