Paid for parking then found train not…

Paid for parking then found train not running. Had to drive to another railway station to get our onward connection. Company took a week each to answer my 2 emails. Then they eventually said a refund has to be requested within 2 hours of parking up. As travelling we couldn't do and due of lack of info we have been refused a refund.They have a monopoly at the railway station and due to double yellow lines there is no local parking available.Charlatans changing the goal posts with no customer service. Wanted to give no stars but this was not possible.
