Very Disappointed with IndiGo
I had a very bad experience flying with IndiGo from Denmark. The staff insisted on seeing the ID of the person who booked my ticket, and even after l showed the ID, they demanded the person be physically present, which was completely unnecessary and stressful.
And the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when I approached them for assistance. Instead of helping, their attitude made the situation worse and left me feeling disrespected as a passenger.
