Scam: Specifically for Duke Street, Manchester.Parked at this location, attendant's cabin locked closed, phone app didn't work, so paid cash at ticket machine at entrance to carpark.Following week received PCN. Appealed, including my emails being bounced back, only to be told this company doesn't operate the coin paid ticket machine therefore I parked there without making a payment.Union-run appeal service then also concluded that the PCN was issued correctly.Site owner, Castlefield Estates should be ashamed to be employing this parking company.
