I mistakenly interacted with a fraudulent service. The head of Admin invested a significant amount of time to help me, exchanging numerous emails to find any cards I might have used. I was convinced I had made a payment, only to learn I had been deceived. She truly exceeded my expectations. What a fantastic person!
I unintentionally dealt with a fraudulent service. The head of Admin, Gillian, dedicated considerable time to assist me, engaging in multiple emails to track down any cards I might have used, as I was certain I had made a payment. Eventually, I realized I had been scammed. She truly went above and beyond for me. What a remarkable individual.
I had a wonderful experience with Gillian. My partner made a clear parking mistake twice without realizing it. Gillian was incredibly helpful and understanding during the second instance, especially since we hadn't received the first ticket until the day after the mistake due to a delay. She was fantastic and very supportive! Thank you, Gillian! 😊
I received a parking charge notice while working as a delivery driver in a designated "LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY" zone. Despite the clear purpose of the area, the company enforced a fee based solely on automatic number plate recognition timestamps, disregarding the essential work being performed. Key issues in my dispute include: Unfair Contract: The signage imposed an unreasonable "20 Minute Maximum Stay" for a task (multi-parcel delivery) that requires more time, creating a punitive penalty rather than a legitimate charge. Lack of Evidence: The company admitted to having no photographic proof of the alleged violation—only entry and exit times. They proceeded with the charge despite my evidence that the vehicle was actively loading/unloading throughout. Attempt to Enforce Hidden Terms: They attempted to shift liability to an external system not advertised on the signage, which is unacceptable. Breach of Standards: The sign stated, "No Grace Period Applies," violating industry code requirements. Their enforcement model prioritizes revenue maximization through strict, unreasonable limits over facilitating necessary commercial access. I strongly urge all drivers to contest their charges and not succumb to their aggressive tactics.
This organization is incredibly frustrating! I received a notice of an alleged unpaid parking penalty sent to me as the vehicle keeper, citing my registration number but providing no supporting details or photographs. I emailed them to assert that it wasn't my car, possibly indicating a case of cloning. Their only response was that I had to appeal through their online form. I clarified that this was not an appeal, as I was outright dismissing the notice—where was the photographic evidence? I received no reply. I reported the issue to the police, who confirmed that my registration hadn't triggered their systems on the relevant day. On October 8th, I received a Notice of Debt Recovery for £170! I called to assert that I wouldn't pay. After checking, the agent confirmed that the photograph clearly showed it wasn't my car. He promised to delete the case and destroy my personal information, but I've yet to receive confirmation. It's baffling how this situation escalated without proper diligence. I'm tired of dealing with this, but someone needs to address this absurdity for those less confident to do so. It's disheartening to give them a 1-star rating when they deserve none.
I received a new parking fine despite having fully paid for my ticket. I provided proof of payment, a timestamped store receipt, and location data showing I was legitimately shopping. What’s troubling is that this same company previously fined me when my car broke down at their site. It seems they have reused my number plate data from that incident, which I believe breaches data protection laws. This repeated misuse is distressing and feels like an attempt to wear people down into paying. I recommend keeping all receipts and documentation when parking at their managed sites. I've submitted a formal request for data erasure and plan to escalate to the relevant authority if this continues. No one should have to fight so hard to prove they acted correctly.
The company is issuing parking charge notices on land in Newcastle, claiming it is private. However, the land is actually governed by byelaws. The situation is complex, as the company can issue PCNs for breaches on private land, but byelaws fall under a different legal framework. If they are misrepresenting the land as private, their actions may be questionable, and I would challenge this.
During a medical emergency in the car as we were exiting the parking area, I needed to stop to assist a child who was choking. I made every effort to contact the company, but locating a phone number to speak to someone was nearly impossible. I hesitated to appeal, as the fine doubles if not paid promptly.
I encountered difficulties in paying my penalty, so I contacted the support team. I received a response from Gillian, the Admin Manager, in less than a minute. She was very helpful, but for some reason, my payment was not accepted. I emailed Gillian again, and she called me directly to take my payment over the phone. Gillian is genuinely supportive and very helpful. A big thank you to her!
