During my recent trip from a specific airport, I was furious to find that my car had been damaged while I was away. Collecting my car late at night made it difficult to notice minor damages until I got home the next morning, when I discovered multiple scratches on the rear bumper and wheel arch. To make matters worse, the vehicle settings had been altered, and the navigation system was activated for unknown reasons. Customers expect their vehicles to be properly cared for in airport parking facilities. It is unacceptable to change vehicle settings without permission, aside from basic adjustments like the seat. This experience has completely shattered my trust in this service.
