I come back from a 4 day trip having parked my car in silver zone parking lot, the way they do and then they move it for you. I come back after 4 days and they have left my headlights on !! No idea how long they had been on for but i was worried my engine wouldn’t start and the battery would’ve ran out ! Luckily the engine did start but if it didn’t i would’ve taken this way further . They also put my heated seat on for a 2 min drive instead of just moving the car straight away and playing around with unnecessary buttons . Pay more attention to moving the car and not leaving lights on !

Poor lighting made it hard to notice any minor damage at night, but the next morning revealed several scratches on the rear bumper and wheel arch. Furthermore, the vehicle settings were changed, and the navigation system had been activated for reasons unknown. Customers expect their vehicles to be treated with care at airport facilities. Altering vehicle settings without permission is unjustifiable, except for basic adjustments. This has completely destroyed my trust in this service.

I deeply regret booking car parking with a certain service. They are located on a nearly impossible-to-find, severely potholed lane about 20 minutes from the airport, which is not indicated on their website. When I arrived, there were no available spaces, so they parked my car haphazardly near the exit, took my keys, and charged me an extra fee for the transfer, which was also not mentioned beforehand. The drive to the airport was alarmingly fast, as the driver was clearly stressed, being the only one available for all customers. The parking area resembled a muddy field. Upon returning, we had to wait excessively for them, and even then, they could only take two of us, forcing us to leave our children at the airport while we went back for them, adding more cost and time to our journey. This service is appalling! I would recommend avoiding it entirely!
AVOID the multi-storey car park at all costs! I was charged an outrageous £60 for just one hour, and was informed it would still be £60 for even a minute more. Upon arriving to pick up family, the signs only indicated Long Stay, Short Stay, or Multi Storey. I opted for multi-storey thinking it would have more space, especially since it was December 23rd. At the exit, the exorbitant £60 fee appeared, and the staff member explained that it’s the same charge no matter how long you stay. The pricing is utterly unjustifiable, and the signage is incredibly misleading.
Misleading information. The website is crafted to encourage booking before revealing that someone will move your car to a different location—it doesn’t stay where you park it. Only use if you're okay with someone else relocating your vehicle.
Upon returning to Silver Zone Parking, I found that my car's media system had been altered by someone named a staff member. I was unable to revert the settings, affecting my navigation system, which is crucial for my volunteer work. This is completely unacceptable, and when I tried to contact customer service, I received no assistance. They clearly do not care about their customers.
