During my recent trip using the car park service, I was extremely upset to find damage on my vehicle upon my return. Poor lighting made it hard to notice any minor damage at night, but the next morning revealed several scratches on the rear bumper and wheel arch. Furthermore, the vehicle settings were changed, and the navigation system had been activated for reasons unknown. Customers expect their vehicles to be treated with care at airport facilities. Altering vehicle settings without permission is unjustifiable, except for basic adjustments. This has completely destroyed my trust in this service.
