These guys are predators. The appeals are pointless because they just reply with a template. They dont suspend the fine whilst you appeal. This is because they control the company IAS , who are the company you can appeal to. How do i know? The letter from PCM saying my fine had gone up because my appeal failed was sent the day before i received an email from IAS saying my appeal failed. I had two different tickets and the response from IAS ( who are controlled by the solicitors of PCM) was exactly the same for both. Shame on our politicians for allowing these vultures to fleeces us and skim over a £Billion per year whilst we go through a cost of living crisis. They were exposed by Watchdog, but being shameless, they just continue their nefarious practices.
