I was at a location with a valid blue badge, parked properly in a disabled bay with the badge displayed. I briefly left my car to buy a birthday card for my severely disabled son. When I returned, a suspicious individual was looking around my car. I asked him what he was doing, but he ignored me. After some back and forth, he informed me that I would receive a fine despite my valid badge. He was rude and even swore at me. I went to the management office for help, but they failed to follow up as promised, leaving my son distressed.
I uploaded evidence of my valid permit to the website but received a letter weeks later claiming it wasn't attached. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and told my only options were to try again or send it by post. They admitted this has happened to others as well.
This company is a disgrace. I received a fine for parking illegally in a location I had never been to. The vehicle in the evidence photos had a different registration number. After multiple emails and calls, I still haven't received my refund.
