The business model of this company is unfair and unfriendly to customers.

They make sure to complicate your parking and then immediately charge you with the full amount of the fine for being few minutes late on your allowed time.

You get no indication of your entry time into the parking, and no clear warning that you are close to the limit. Nor do you get a chance to extend your parking if you see that your time is running out, as do most of their competitors allow.
I do not feel like i abused any parking, i feel tricked and robbed.

I have decided to never go back to the business who used ParkingEye in their lot. thats the little i can do to fight them off. Businesses that choose ParkingEye should be boycotted, hopefully this will discourage such practices from parking subcontractors .

FAULTY MACHINERY IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!!!!
Received a parking charge for £100, if paid within 14 days it's reduced to £60. Paid instantly as panicked!
Went to my bank next day for a statement & it proves I paid, absolutely NO WAY of getting a refund for their MACHINERY FAULT! Robbery & fraud comes to mind. Never will I use them again. Disgusting.

I truly regret dealing with these scammers.

I can only wish the worst for these scammers. If I had the time, I would take legal action, but unfortunately, I don't. I was charged because I attempted to extend my parking by just one more hour, but their app was sluggish and wouldn't allow me to enter the location ID in time, causing a delay. Although it eventually worked, my previous hour had already expired by then, and I ended up being late by just a few minutes. I appealed the charge, but my request was denied, and oddly, I received a response that was identical to someone else's complaint online regarding a similar issue. They fined me even though I was trying to extend my stay, and it was their app's fault for the delay. It's baffling. These scammers deserve scrutiny, and I hope the organizers of this company face consequences.

Unjust Fine for Using an Open Car Park

I received a £60 fine for simply driving through a car park without barriers. The management of this facility is truly disappointing. It's alarming how such companies can exploit unsuspecting individuals without accountability.

Disappointing and Deceptive Practices

This operation is extremely deceptive. They disregard best practice guidelines, issue notices at will, and it's nearly impossible to contact them for an appeal. It's absurd and scandalous. I plan to fight this all the way.

Fine Reduced without Justification

They lowered my fine from £100 to £20 but claimed they lacked evidence. What’s the point of that? I have appealed again. I wouldn’t even give it a one-star review, but that was the only option available.

Disgusted with the Service

Any ticket officer should know they can't issue a ticket to a car stuck in gridlocked traffic trying to exit a car park. Yet, due to the reliance on cameras and computers, this service charges fines and intimidates people into payment by threatening increases if appeals are rejected. What a troubling state of affairs!

Excessive Fees & Malfunctioning Payment Machines

I parked at a hotel car park for just 17 minutes and 11 seconds. When I checked the payment machine, it clearly indicated there was NO CHARGE. However, I received a Parking Charge Notice for £100 from the service, and now I'm fighting this charge, which, based on other reviews, may lead to court. Avoid using this car park! I've suggested to the hotel that they cease working with this incompetent service. Their business model seems designed to make payments difficult and then intimidate users into paying high fines. Their practices should be unlawful.

Poor Parking System and Unfair Penalties

The parking system is extremely flawed. They collaborate with a service that benefits financially from appeals, which are unlikely to succeed. I received a £100 ticket for being parked when there was no payment option available for 24 hours, forcing me to leave. I found another parking spot elsewhere. They penalized me for just 8 minutes. I knew appeals would be rejected, as this is a clear tactic to extract money from the public. It's appalling that the government allows such deceitful practices to continue.

Untrustworthy Company

This company is untrustworthy. They charged me for parking at a children's hospital during an appointment with no clear way to appeal or contest the charge. Their practices are appalling, preying on ordinary working individuals.
