I have been using Meet & Greet at Heathrow for a long time, but my recent experience was unacceptable and has completely changed my view of this company.Despite calling 20 minutes before pickup, I still had to wait 25 minutes for my car to be collected. On our return, we phoned them as soon as we collected our luggage, but the person who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful.It took over an hour and several phone calls before my car was finally returned. After years of using this service with different companies, this level of delay and poor customer service is simply not acceptable.I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
