DO NOT USE PARKING PANDA OR EXPRESS PARKING!!!My colleagues and myself have been using meet and greet companies about 4-6 times a year for the last 15 years. This was far the worst experience ever. Kept waiting for one hour upon dropoff and another hour on pickup. Communication in incredibly poor, no one can speak English and those who can, possibly string two words together and blame "the manager". They take no responsibility for anything and are simply rude.You have to pay for parking at both ends, so if they are an hour late at each end, then you pay £13x2 for parking charges, or more.They consistently lied about the location of the vehicle and when they say the driver is 5 mins away, they actually mean 25 mins. We have a GPS tracker for all of our vehicles. The vehicle was returned dirty and they tried to retain the keyWe own a law firm and are a family of lawyers.
