They knew this as they parked parked away from the proper drop off area (despite being no other cars) and the driver walked across to us. I went back to him and he said I needed to email. I did and now they say I needed to report it when I received the car. What a bunch of criminals. I have asked 5 times for the address where they stored my car and if there is CCTV. They refuse to answer. In addition we had to wait in car park for an hour after I called, despite plane being on time.
