They damaged my car

They damaged my car. Their driver on returning my vehicle hit the kerb at the drop off area and drove over it (entrance at Terminal 4 Heathrow). He apologised and admitted his fault. I was extremely tired after a long flight and only checked the next day where I found that the tyre had a tear in it and the allow was scratched where their driver had hid the kerb. The car had just had all the alloys refurbished and tyres changed 2 weeks before I went away. I reported the damage and sent the pictures to them along with the details of the garage who had refurbished my alloys but their manager 'Sam' is refusing to reply or investigate after his last rude email. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. Unbelievable as their own driver has admitted causing the damage.
