I can't say how bad this service is enough. I did the Valet, thinking it would be better...wrong. Used the app, (which is terrible) drove in and the guy said." Your good get on the bus. Came back and the truck wasn't even registered. agent at the desk said, "they only take your cars they don't know what's going on". (me) Are you telling me that they guys who take your keys don't know he process? she said "yes". What the...!!BTW. whom ever is running this company or created this process should not be. How can you offer a service and not tell your employee's the process. Its a fundamental part of the Service. Holy cow.. We bring you our cars, you park it, we drive it home....how hard can it be. !! waited for 25 mins for my truck....BTW. On the bus ride back to Park & Fly. the Full bus could hear the CB radio full blast. Drivers were complaining about taking a break and working to much. You can't make this stuff up....so comical.
