After previously leaving a positive review in early November, despite one unpleasant interaction with a staff member, I was encouraged by the owner to email directly with my receipts for clarification. I did so in mid-November but received no response. I followed up a few days later and still heard nothing. It seems the owner wants to project a caring image by suggesting direct communication to resolve issues, yet fails to follow through. This has only added to my negative experiences. I'm left feeling quite disappointed.
