DO NOT USE this parking service! The experience was absolutely dreadful. It wasn’t just a one-off issue. We followed all instructions, yet it took 1.5 hours to get our car after informing them we were 20 minutes away (the notice they require). Each time we called for an update, we were told the car was 10 minutes away.
