STAY AWAY! There are hidden fees, the vehicle was relocated without consent, and seat adjustments were altered. We chose this parking service because it advertised a complimentary airport transfer. However, upon arrival, the staff informed us of a 10 euro fee for the round trip. When we returned, they requested an additional 10 euros for transport since they failed to provide a receipt or note our initial payment. We also ended up waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

We chose this parking service for its advertised free airport transfer. However, upon parking, the staff informed us of a 10 euro fee for the round trip. When we returned, they requested another 10 euros for transport, claiming they had no record of our initial payment. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up.
Avoid this service! We were a bit anxious and reached out prior to our arrival with no replies. While it might have been our fault for not knowing the airport, we needed confirmation on where to meet the driver picking up our car, but received no response despite multiple calls and messages. Eventually, we were located by the driver. Upon our return, we informed them we were heading to terminal 1 due to confusion, but after two hours of unanswered messages and calls, we received scant replies about staffing issues without prior notice. We were left outside in the cold, unsure of what to do. To top it off, the driver didn’t apologize, and I found my car camera unplugged and charger broken. After notifying them via message, there was no response. This service caused us significant stress and anxiety.
DO NOT USE this parking service! The experience was absolutely dreadful. It wasn’t just a one-off issue. We followed all instructions, yet it took 1.5 hours to get our car after informing them we were 20 minutes away (the notice they require). Each time we called for an update, we were told the car was 10 minutes away.
