I placed order for two packets of lavender seeds on February 28, 2019, shipping label was created on March 1st.Yesterday, March 6, it still was not shipped and I called to the company to find out about my order.Customer service representative supposed that it was lost and just offered me to wait till March 15 and then call them again if I did not receive my order.Today I checked tracking number again and did not see any progress, my order still was not shipped.Usually it takes two or three days to deliver it to NJ just by regular USPS mail in regular envelop.Spring time is critical for planting on farm and I really don't like to wait so long time for two simple packets of seeds.For more details this is my order number WEBPS3840032 and tracking number SH3807140 (info from email) or 91926207001787625055 (info from order status from website).Update:Park Seed sent me another package and package arrived just on time, I appreciate it.March 21st, package from my initial order arrived too. Looks like it was lost and found. I called company to let them know that package arrived and wanted to return it but they said I can keep it. After all I want to change my review from 1 star to 4 stars.What I see company really cares about its image and immediately responds on all reviews, and this is good thing.I would recommend Park Seed Company.Thank you!
