I placed an order on 2/10. By 3/1, I wondered where it was. Between placing my order and 3/1, we had moved next door. I called in an Park Seed told me that my order had been returned to them as undeliverable due to an incorrect mailing address. Fine. I get that. That is on me and USPS. But Park Seed had NEVER notified me that my order had been returned to them. They had NO POLICY to notify me that my order had been returned. AND they were still charging my credit card for the full amount of the order even though I was never going to receive it! However, since I did call in, they were willing to credit my card for 80% of the charges while retaining a 20% restocking fee. AND I would have to pay for the entire order again plus shipping and minus the original discounts that I had used on my original order. Will NEVER buy from them again because this whole thing was poorly handled and they intended to keep my money knowing that my order had been returned.
