Customer Service is Terrible! I placed an order on 4/9/2020 for several packages of seeds. I understand there may be a slight delay with the current virus situation. After placing three emails, two chat requests and never receiving any response what so ever I tried calling. First call on 4/30 I was told it was shipped on on the 28th and should be receiving. However, it is now 5/5/2020 and after calling again I was told my seeds shipped and I should have them in the next 12 business days. Six weeks to get seeds is absolutely ridiculous. I found the customer service very condescending. My family ordered from Jackson Perkins for years, we are done!
