This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arrival, staff were outside smoking and dressed in pajamas, which immediately raised concerns.
The room was in unacceptable condition—sticky floors, dust and grime on most surfaces, stained bedding, and a bathroom with mildew and corroded fixtures. The TV didn’t work, and the overall cleanliness made it uncomfortable to sleep or even use the shower.
The return airport shuttle was just as disappointing. We were told it was coming, yet waited 45 minutes while other shuttles picked up passengers. When it finally arrived, it appeared it had been nearby the entire time.
I have reached out to management regarding this experience and expect it to be addressed appropriately.
