Stayed for the extra sleep for red eye flight and Hilton hotel zero help with bags very long walk from provided parking to hotel had fire alarms going off all hours of the nite causing almost no sleep,when I asked about issue hotel staff just chuckled.
I will not stay at Airport Hilton again.

This company needs to check out the hotels they advertise on their site for SeaTac, WA. We made reservations at Sleep Inn so we could leave our car at the hotel for two weeks while on our vacation. When we were registering, we stood behind an obvious hooker who was having an animated discussion with the hotel desk clerk. It was too late to cancel and get a refund. Later that evening my husband walked across their parking lot to an IHop for dinner only to see another one. Obviously this hotel is in a sketchy part of the International Blvd strip. We won’t be back. ParkSleepFly should do their homework before listing these hotels that cater to the prostitute trade.

We used Envision Hotel in South St Paul. Hotel was great. We thought we had bought a night’s stay, a place to park our car, and shuttle to and from the airport. It was confusing how to purchase. We thought we had it all squared away but then the front desk gave us a card to contact our shuttle. The man didn’t answer for two hours. Then answered and said we had to pay an invoice but didn’t send an invoice and then stopped communicating with us. Stayed up past midnight trying to confirm shuttle pick up time and never got confirmation after repeated texts and calls. We took an Uber. Then during the middle of our vacation we got a text from the company saying we needed to pay our invoice by the next day or it would be a “serious issue”. We will never use this company again. A headache and unprofessional.

The room was nice and the rates were comparable for other Parksleepfly facilities but still costly for being able to leave my vehicle parked there. Particularly since I had to leave my keys and it was moved around a few times. I think I'll go back to using Groome. Leave my car at home (for free) and take Groome from Hinckley to airport ($50).

Consistent Choice for Early Flights

We have chosen this place multiple times for our early morning flights. The hotel is simple but well-maintained. They have consistently provided timely transportation to and from the airport. The staff is excellent and very accommodating.

Frustrating Experience with Customer Support

I encountered a family emergency and needed to reach out to customer support to modify my reservation. The only available options were a form on the website or email. Unfortunately, the 'chat' feature has been absent for me over the past three days, despite checking multiple times daily. When I reached out to the hotel directly, they informed me that I needed to go through the service. I've been messaging them for three days without receiving any response.

Fantastic offers available. The platform was simple to navigate, making it a pleasure to book a hotel with parking for my early flight, allowing me to relax about my vehicle. Additionally, I appreciated not having to arrange a ride to the airport. The booking process was seamless.

Car vandalism incident at the hotel

My vehicle was vandalized (window was broken and belongings were taken) at a hotel near the airport. I strongly suspect it was an inside job. The front desk staff showed no surprise and merely provided me with the police's contact number. Clearly, this is a common occurrence as they had the number readily available. There are no security cameras, and there is no patrolling. This could have taken place at any time over a three-week span.

Check-in issues but resolved with proof

The hotel initially struggled to locate my reservation and attempted to charge me an incorrect rate. I had to present my invoice to ensure I received the correct pricing. Although the listing mentioned breakfast was included, the hotel did not offer it with the stay. I had to provide the advertisement to prove breakfast was part of the deal, after which they credited me for the meal.

Consistent Excellence Over Four Years

This marks my fourth year using this service, and it has been outstanding each time. Traveling and all the associated airport activities can be quite stressful. Having a comfortable place to sleep, along with reliable shuttle service to and from the airport, significantly reduces that stress and makes the entire experience much more pleasant.
