What should be a simple task—paying for parking—has become unnecessarily complex with invoicing and payments. The payment flow is unintuitive and poorly supported, making it hard to find invoices or resolve issues. This results in users struggling to pay on time. For a service operating with municipalities, this is unacceptable. Parking is a public necessity, and clarity and trust should be fundamental. Municipalities should reconsider their partnership with services lacking transparent pricing and straightforward processes. Technology should ease transactions, not complicate them.
