Frustrating Payment System – More Complicated Than Necessary My experience with the service has been consistently disappointing. What should be a straightforward process—paying for parking—seems unnecessarily complicated when it comes to invoices and payments. The payment process feels confusing, difficult to navigate, and lacks adequate support. Locating invoices, comprehending payment status, or addressing issues takes significantly more time and effort than it should. Whether intentional or not, the outcome is the same: users find it increasingly challenging to pay on time. For a service operating extensively and collaborating with municipalities, this is unacceptable. Parking is a public necessity, not a luxury. Clarity, accessibility, and trust should be essential. Municipalities should think seriously about depending on solutions like this and seek providers with transparent pricing, simple payment procedures, and a genuinely customer-focused approach. Technology should simplify processes, not complicate them. Unfortunately, this service does the opposite.

One star – a system that seems intent on complicating payments. My experiences have been consistently frustrating. What should be a simple task—paying for parking—has become unnecessarily complex with invoicing and payments. The payment flow is unintuitive and poorly supported, making it hard to find invoices or resolve issues. This results in users struggling to pay on time. For a service operating with municipalities, this is unacceptable. Parking is a public necessity, and clarity and trust should be fundamental. Municipalities should reconsider their partnership with services lacking transparent pricing and straightforward processes. Technology should ease transactions, not complicate them.

This service is a rip-off at €1.30, which quickly escalates to €7.29 with added fees and threats. It's better to use coins.

A Company That Takes Advantage

A company that seems to exploit its users. Firstly, I was charged 10 kr for every parking session, even if the actual cost was only 1 kr. Instead of one invoice per session, I received multiple inflated charges. Secondly, the app allowed me to park in a designated area, but when I sought help after getting a ticket, I was told it wasn't their problem. Clearly, they're taking advantage of users.

Deceptive Practices

I’ve used various parking apps over the last 3+ years, and this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. It charged my business card unexpectedly over the weekend without my consent. I suspect there was an unnoticed option in the app that led to this. No other app operates in such a deceptive manner. After my first use, I deleted it and want nothing to do with it again. This app is untrustworthy and user-unfriendly.

Paper Invoices in 2025?

Paper invoices for an online parking app? Are you serious in 2025? I searched for options like direct debit or at least digital invoices, but found nothing except for paper invoices.

A Challenging Parking App

I've used this parking app for 2–3 years, and I've never had a smooth payment experience. There’s always an issue! They charge for paper invoices and hit you with extra fees for late payments. Recently, I was charged over 300 kr for a 68 kr parking fee due to unexpected fees. A parking app should simplify payments, not feel like dealing with a loan company. I'm very dissatisfied and would not recommend it.

Unexpected Parking Ticket

About two weeks ago, I parked using the app, and despite setting the time correctly, my session ended unexpectedly while I was asleep, resulting in a parking ticket. I contacted the service multiple times, but they insisted it was my responsibility to ensure the time was set correctly. This raises concerns about their system's reliability. Don't trust this service; you risk getting a ticket!
