Stay away! two times I have had statements sent to me late or not at all. Postal services were blamed both times with my "adressändring" being the reason; this is even though I receive the 1st reminder, both times, diverted to my new address using "adressänding". To confuse things again, I received an SMS reminder that I hadn't paid the bill I never got, stating my new address as "my current address" and then get the 2nd reminder posted to my new address! When I called customer service, no attempt to keep a good customer was made, no apologies just sorry that post doesn't work.From all the feedback you are getting here, it seems to me like you need to take responsibility and adjust your service.
