Just having received a renewal notice I rang Parksure to enquire about the premium which seemed a bit high. A very comprehension and realistic explanation was given by a most helpful member of staff. I had thought that the higher premium was because of making a claim last year after a 'bathroom emergency'. Clearly that was not the case.
