Although I was familiar with this place, I hadn't heard the best reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, I was instructed to mention it was an emergency, and a kind receptionist immediately guided us into a private room. My wife drove us, and I had my two young daughters with me, who were understandably upset. The staff offered my children drinks and quickly began examining Pepper. The team provided us with comprehensive support throughout our visit, ensuring we were informed about all available options. Unfortunately, Pepper's condition worsened, and we faced the heartbreaking decision to let her go. I can't express enough gratitude to the receptionist, the staff who assisted with paperwork, and the veterinarians we consulted. Thank you for making Pepper's final moments as gentle as possible. Five stars.
