We found one of our three cats "Pepper" immobile, low heart rate and eyes flicking like seizures outside.

We rushed her to the nearest Vets. Park Vets. I actually work very local and so knew of them however I'd not heard amazing things.

Let me put that straight.

I was told over the phone to say it was an emergency I walked in holding Pepper and was ushered through immediately by a lovely lady at reception. My wife drove and I had my two young daughters with me. As I don't drive we had no choice like it or not my kids were having to go through this too. They were naturally upset.
Lady on reception ushered us through to a dedicated room and offered my girls drinks.

Pepper was already being seen by the vet who'd been taken and was being checked.

The team at Park Vets Sidcup guided us through every step of the way from entering the Vets to leaving. They helped arrange/did everything from outstanding customer service to above and beyond for us in terms of giving us every single option and ensuring we knew how to access it.

Pepper sadly had a turn for the worse, she'd had seizures on way to the vets. We knew what little hope was left was futile. However worth trying for. After the latest turn their truly was nothing they could do bar offer pain relief. I signed the consent and she was put to sleep 30th December 2025.

I cannot thank the receptionist, girl who helped us with paperwork and both vets we saw enough and I'm sure their were people behind the scenes who deserve credit too.

Exceptional Care at the Local Vets

We discovered our cat "Pepper" in a dire state, unable to move and showing signs of distress. We rushed her to the nearest veterinary clinic. Although I was familiar with this place, I hadn't heard the best reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, I was instructed to mention it was an emergency, and a kind receptionist immediately guided us into a private room. My wife drove us, and I had my two young daughters with me, who were understandably upset. The staff offered my children drinks and quickly began examining Pepper. The team provided us with comprehensive support throughout our visit, ensuring we were informed about all available options. Unfortunately, Pepper's condition worsened, and we faced the heartbreaking decision to let her go. I can't express enough gratitude to the receptionist, the staff who assisted with paperwork, and the veterinarians we consulted. Thank you for making Pepper's final moments as gentle as possible. Five stars.

Inaccessible Veterinary Service

One of the least reliable veterinary services around. My local branch only operates twice a week, making it nearly impossible to secure an appointment. When I raised my concerns, they simply suggested I visit other branches, which isn't feasible for me. A veterinary clinic should be open at least five days a week. I've been trying to book an appointment for my sick cat, but the next available slot is weeks away! It's incredibly frustrating.

Exorbitant Medication Prices

The prices for medications here are outrageous. I can't believe the markup is nearly 500% compared to online prices. It's time to find a different clinic.

Nice Staff, Poor Communication

While the staff are pleasant once you get there, the process of booking appointments over the phone is frustrating. There seems to be a lack of communication among the receptionists and between them and the veterinarians. I've had multiple appointments rescheduled due to miscommunication, which is quite disappointing.

Terrible Experience with Our Pet

This veterinary service has been disappointing. My family brought our dog in for health issues, and the initial diagnosis was incorrect. They charged us exorbitantly for tests and treatments. In the end, we received poor care and lost our pet. I strongly advise against using this clinic.

Misdiagnosis and Poor Care

I brought my poodle in for seizures, but the veterinarian misdiagnosed him with arthritis and prescribed pain relief. Unfortunately, he had a severe seizure that evening. I regret wasting money here and will not return.
