The service was efficient when we arrived, and I had no issues at that point. However, the return process turned out to be a complete mess. We had communicated our arrival time two weeks prior and sent multiple messages at various stages, including three hours before landing and after we landed. Unfortunately, we received no replies for an extended period, despite making numerous phone calls that went unanswered. After waiting over an hour outside the airport with two infants, we finally got a message stating our car keys had been lost and then found. We were informed the vehicle was on its way, but overall, we waited nearly two hours to get our car back. While the service seems beneficial in theory, there are significant gaps in the return process and communication. This was a very unsatisfactory experience for us, and we cannot recommend this service.
