Pick up on return easy just call as you make your way out of terminal and they come pick you up.

Efficient service upon arrival, but the return process was lacking.

The service was efficient when we arrived, and I had no issues at that point. However, the return process turned out to be a complete mess. We had communicated our arrival time two weeks prior and sent multiple messages at various stages, including three hours before landing and after we landed. Unfortunately, we received no replies for an extended period, despite making numerous phone calls that went unanswered. After waiting over an hour outside the airport with two infants, we finally got a message stating our car keys had been lost and then found. We were informed the vehicle was on its way, but overall, we waited nearly two hours to get our car back. While the service seems beneficial in theory, there are significant gaps in the return process and communication. This was a very unsatisfactory experience for us, and we cannot recommend this service.

Terrible Experience.

This service appears to have partnered with another provider, and it truly deserves a different name. I made a reservation for 4:15 and attempted to contact them at 3:30, but received no response. It wasn't until 4:05 that someone answered, informing me there would be a 30-40 minute wait for the driver. Thankfully, I arrived with some extra time, as the driver showed up 50 minutes later. I was instructed to wait in a different spot than where the driver arrived. For my return, I sent a message the day before to confirm my reservation for a flight landing at 10:10. When I called to let them know I was at the airport, the driver seemed confused and took a while to locate my details, only to inform me of a 40-minute delay. Half an hour later, the driver called, asking if I was at a completely different location. He didn’t know where I was or what vehicle I owned. Now, I’m just sitting at the airport, hoping my family and I get home soon.

CAUTION! Misleading advertising regarding airport parking

CAUTION! This was presented as airport parking when purchasing a plane ticket, but it has no actual connection to the airport. The marketing claims "up to 60%" savings for early bookings, which is misleading. You end up paying around 90% of the airport price, and retrieving your car involves unnecessary hassle (you have to call someone for a ride to the lot!). The email you receive includes a "voucher" detailing the cancellation policy, which states:

Cancellation Policy
More than 168 hours before the start date and time: Full refund
Between 72 and 168 hours before the start date and time: 50% refund of booking value
Between 0 and 72 hours before the start date and time: No refund

And they take 28 days for processing refunds! If the refund isn't received within that timeframe, be prepared to take legal action on the 29th day. UPDATE:
I shared this review without any reference number, so you don't feel pressured to issue a refund out of "fear". I suspect you might be misleading many customers. Let's see what happens on day 29. Good luck!

Issues with date changes and lack of support

The platform does not permit date modifications, and after numerous emails, I received no help. Payment made for no service. I had to resort to another provider. The company needs to improve communication with its clients and enhance their AI.

Efficient booking with a minor payment hiccup

The booking process was quick and easy, although I faced a small issue with the pay now option, which only processed part of the total payment. I would have preferred to pay either a portion or the full amount. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience, including the pricing, communication, and user-friendly website. I frequently use this service and would certainly recommend it.

Long wait for car delivery

I waited an hour and a half for my car after landing! I messaged them immediately, but it took 10 minutes for a reply, then 30 minutes for them to say 'one moment', followed by another 30 minutes to inform me that my car would arrive in 20 minutes. Communication was poor, especially considering it was at an international airport.

Unempathetic response in a tough time

We paid for parking at the airport. One night, we had to rush to the hospital with our child. I contacted them from the hospital to cancel the reservation, but no refund was offered. They insisted on a three-day notice. When I later provided proof of our hospital visit, I was denied a voucher for future use. This could happen to anyone. I wouldn't recommend using this service for parking; their lack of understanding is disheartening.
