To begin with, communication is severely lacking. They rarely respond to emails or calls. Even the contact number provided for inquiries upon arrival is often unanswered. I also realized I made a booking mistake just five minutes after placing the order. I sent an email immediately but never received a reply, nor have I seen a refund for the difference in price (I accidentally booked an extra day).
