I've used this service many times and generally found them reliable. However, recently I noticed my vehicle was driven at 80mph and when returned, the tire pressure indicator was illuminated, yet the driver didn't mention anything. I've emailed the company twice for clarification, but both inquiries have gone unanswered. This lack of customer service is disappointing.
