We used parkway parking and didn’t realise the problem with this group of individuals. We intrusted them with my wife’s pride and joy fiat 595 which when we handed over to them was unmarked and free from door dinks or dents. On our return I inspected the car and was horrified to find 2 dents that were probably caused by other cars. On further investigation we checked the tracker and found that the car had not been out of the short stay car park.I can only presume that when you leave your car with them, they just park it and rotate the ticket This is made possible as surprisingly Heathrow airport has no ANPR cameras. The likelihood of leaving a car in the short stay carpark for a week and not having a dent (probably 30 car movements next to each side each day) is remote to say the least. Needless to say Parkway Parking have tried to say that the car was already dented.I am currently in talks with Heathrow airport to see if they can fit ANPR and investigate this company and suggest that if you value your car don’t leave it with this company I would say that a good thing would be to see if the company you are leaving your car with is registered on companies house or even has a VAT number.
