Initially, communication is severely lacking. They rarely respond to emails or phone calls. The contact number provided for inquiries upon arrival goes unanswered most of the time. Additionally, I noticed a booking error just five minutes after confirming my order. I promptly sent an email but received no response, and I have yet to see a refund for the price difference due to booking an extra day.
