I wish I could give it a zero rating. I reserved and paid for a parking space, but when I arrived, there were no spots available. I ended up an hour late for my event, and three days later, I'm still trying to sort out a refund with customer service. Honestly, I feel I deserve more than just a refund for the time my family and I lost at our paid event!
