THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I purchased a parking ticket, and was given a QR code to enter the facility, which I've done with multiple parking apps. I show up the parking lot is in an abandoned restaurant that had signs all over the place warning that only customers can park there and you would be towed. There was no entrance that needed the QR code. I thought they gave me an incorrect address. I scrambled to find another parking space for the basketball game. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR A PARKING SPACE THAT TOLD ME NOT TO PARK THERE AND CLEARLY DID NOT NEED A QR CODE TO ENTER.

Avoid this service, it's a scam. I requested a refund after not being able to park in my prepaid spot for $150. They cited a small print disclaimer and offered a $75 coupon instead. I received no response when I disputed their claim. Multiple attempts to contact them went unanswered. Since I don’t live in the city, the coupon is useless. It's a scam. Do not use it.
They were totally misleading. I bought a parking pass for a concert, but they failed to mention that the lot was actually about 1.2 miles away. I would have had to walk 35 minutes—at night, with two kids—through a less safe area. I ultimately had to scramble for alternative parking, which cost me three times as much.
