It's just a scam. It might work sometimes, but there's no guarantee. I paid for a reserved parking space, but when I arrived, the lot was full. The attendant mentioned it was first come, first served, with no reserved spaces. Other customers with similar reservations faced the same issue. The service is completely unresponsive to communications.
