I wasted 15 minutes and countless attempts to pay for parking during a business lunch. There was no help available, leaving me worried about being towed. This service is losing revenue, but like many parking services, they likely don’t care since they are still making money without much choice for consumers. It’s disgraceful. They need to improve!
