I visited miami and parked in wynwood for 3 nights. $40 a night that has to be PREPAID via an app/online. When submitting payment a red error would pop up saying along the lines of “your card did not work check details and try again” I rechecked, refreshed, retyped and submitted for same message to get a delayed email with 4 passes confirming purchase of 4 PASSES. I paid $500 for 3 days parking. I proceeded to email them and they said yes you have 4 passes which to refund? It’s your damn system, refund 3 of them. Since that 1 response It’s been 15 days and I’ve emailed 5 times on different days and have not received a single follow up or cancellation. $500 3 nights Charges fully posted no response in 2 weeks to refund.
