I wish I could give this a zero. I reserved and paid for a parking space, but when I arrived, there were no spots available. I ended up being an hour late for my event, and now, three days later, I'm still in discussions with the support team about getting a refund. Honestly, I feel I deserve more than just a refund for the time my family and I missed during our paid event!
