I am utterly devastated with the ParkZone and therefore this time I am out from their damn App for good! These people are so unrealistic, unprofessional and blood suckers!I just informed them to unregister my car Reg. No. from EasyPark App with immediate effect, so I am away from that damn, unprofessional App and from unprofessional customer service for good! Afterwards I will remove that damn App from my mobile phone because it is absolutely not worth to use it!I just received an invoice today i.e. 08 Oct 2019, and believe it or not the payment due date is also today i.e. 08 Oct 2019 for a total of DK.220??? (breakdown; parkeringsafgift DK20 and Kontrolafgift 200???????). Can you believe it? Read below how the hell that has come from!!These people are sick, period! Just a couple of months ago I complained about a same situation and they were also fallen into deaf ears because they are sucking blood from the people instead earning money in a professional way! Top of all absolutely there is no customer service when we call, but damn quick to send an invoice with extra charges for nothing they deserve!!See below what they have done this time (2nd time in 3 months);(1) On 17-09-2019 we parked the car in the Fields parking, and as usual I couldn't pay at the Automat machine because the machine says my car no. plate is registered in the damn EasyPark App so I must pay via App only.(2) When came home I checked the App and there was NO invoice.(3) We waited for 1-2 days thinking the invoice will come but never!(4) Then my husband called damn ParkZone customer service tel. no. and said that there is no invoice seen in the App. (their damn records will prove that we indeed made the call). The person who answered the call said "I can see there has been a parking in the Fields, but I also do not see any invoice", then my husband has asked then "how do we pay" if there is no invoice? That unprofessional customer service has said "I can’t do anything, all I can see is the matter was gone to an another department, and I do not know which department and their telephone no., all you can do is wait to hear from them"??? So, that means we were asked to wait to receive this damn invoice with a huge penalty of DKK200 plus DKK20=DKK220 to be paid, which received today instead of paying our own parking charges??When we complained why the hell they couldn't send the actual invoice for the parking as a normal, descent company who provide services with dignity? Didn't we do our job correctly in calling them and telling that no invoice for the parking? In return did they do their job in sending the invoice when a customer informed them??? How pathetic is that??? If they don't act when a customer called who the hell is acting on behalf of the customers??Why the hell this damn ParkZone don't realize the reality? Why do they talk and act as robots? Do they think we people are stupid or what??? Do they think they can just keep on sending any damn invoices for any damn amount of money for any given day to pay? In the other hand don't they know now (well, a couple of years gone since they started this way!) PostNord do deliver letters every 14 days and not every day?? Where is their general knowledge about the society, if not professional enough to serve the customers? Where is their customer service? Where is the help for the customers? Are they sitting there just to earn bloody money from the customers????ParkZone is a so pathetic company which I have never ever seen in my life in any country! I was under the impression that Euro Park is the worst, but now I know who is worse which is ParkZone!This time I am done with ParkZone for good! Wherever possible I pay to any other parking companies and not ParkZone for sure. Only if I have no other choice then I am forced to pay to ParkZone via Parking Automat. Therefore, this time I meant that and asked them to UNREGISTER my car no. with immediate effect.Though the Invoice they sent to me was absolutely in correct, absolutely unfair, absolutely late, I still paid that damn invoice just now in order to get away from this damn ParkZone!
