The worst company ever. The legal team is also very rude.
I received 5 fines for parking at one of their facilities. The monthly payment was made on time and therefore I had the right to park, but as the registration in their system was not up to date due to a motorcycle accident abroad, I was unable to do so and therefore received the 5 fines. Hospital records were shown to justify the impossibility of online registration, but nothing was taken into consideration. We have to accept the poor conditions of the parking lots (flooding, snow accumulation, events which force us to park in other places) but when it is in our favor nothing is taken into consideration.

The way this private company conducts itself should be illegal.They present themselves as if they have official authority, even though they are only a private operator. They poorly place very small signs, that are easy to miss, especially in areas that appear to be public. In order to intentionally creating misleading situations where innocent drivers can easily make an honest mistake.They then issue unreasonably high parking fees with no real possibility for appeal, dialogue, or negotiation. Most often than not, they do not even respond to emails or inquiries, which leaves people without any fair way to be heard.In my view, their practices take advantage of innocent drivers, and I consider their approach deeply unethical and borderline illegal. If I could, I would strongly advise avoiding any companies that choose to cooperate with them. Their behavior reflects some of the worst aspects of our society.
Parked at Frederikshavn city center. Paid at Easypark because the sign at the Centre of the parking area was reading Easypark. Gardian came back and stated the parking spot is not Easypark. I paid the 120€ ticket to get rid of this problem. Previously I had problems with Gardian UK. They are very inflexible. Advise : Avoid parkings managed by Gardian.
Legal tyveri! Parked in MacD parking in the motorway, which was literally completely empty. Finished eating after 30 min and then someone is standing over the car waiting for the clock to run off. The parking ticket was issued right in front of us and printed. Legal theft! Completely unethical and illegal - not sure how Denmark allow these guys to operate.
Important communication and complain about an unfair fine which the gardian officer placed on my car today at Hospit in Hillerod.I left my car just about 13munite to help my wife took our inside the hospital for an appointment. I did not spent up to 15munites because the appointment was cancilled and before i could returned back the office placed fine in my car. I believed i was my phone and the car key inside which he should have understood that he owner just hurriedly left the car and will be back immediately, and he placed fine on my car, Meanwhile, i approached him when i rushed back but i insisted that i should set the time before i left. I am appealing to this authority to reconsider this fine. I am also send this appointment time which broough us to the hospital and compare to the hour he placed fine on my car. That's partial and unfair to me. I shall be happy if this should be reconsider.
Got a parking ticket even though I paid for the full price of parking. The only mistake was that I had mistakenly put the parking in EasyPark on my personal vehicle instead of on my rental car that I had just picked up. My personal vehicle was apparently the default car license plate on my EasyPark app without me realizing it.I sent ParkZone proof of my ownership of my personal vehicle, while also providing proof for renting the car that got ticketed during my travels in Denmark. All documentations were consistent and I was happy to provide any additional proof. I also screenshotted the fully paid parking in the EasyPark app.I think they were extremely unforgiving with their ruling, and they explained that there was nothing else I could do in my situation. I have so much proof that I can provide to show how this was a truly an honest mistake that anybody can make, but they simply closed the case. Do they automatically expect all of their customers to be really good with technology?I think this was a disgracefully sour experience that could have been handled in a much better way. It's for free to park 4 h. But I end up paying 299+100+100 dkk.Supposedly free if you play ice hockey Svendborggade.I did apparently not register correctly. There is no machine to pay or register nothing in the parking garage they want you to not understand the rules and make it difficult for you. That's how they get money. No information. So you make the mistake and they can cash in.Even if i had document to show it was supposed to be free. Doesn't matter the difficult process is what they want and how they get the money what is right and wrong is totally indifferent to them.I don't like companies that even you show them you are right and was allowed to park for free they don't care and you still have to pay and pay extra also.They wanted to give extra days to pay like that was the problem..... Probably just to make sure they get more for me forgetting and late fines and so on.....no understanding even though it was supposed to be free.
I paid for a parking place in copenhaguen, and when i came back, there was a ticket on my car.They asked me to pay 910Kr because I was on the wrong place. But there was a plate with the logo on the place that a choosed.That is totally a racket from this company. They sell cheap parking place but tax you a lot after it. This was the last time with Parkzone/guardian for me and I will leave bad comments everywhere!
It´s preferred to pay manually everything where they are involved, don´t believe the "automatic payment", they are professional scammers, they deactivate the services when they want without any notification and charge you the famous "adm fee".
