We had the highest of hopes that you could provide help, but thus far our client experience has been nothing but disappointing. We have already had 2 different appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, more like 4 hours. This feels very much like extortion, as a facility to have us maintain payments while not providing the complete service as promised I have spent hours calling, and leaving messages for NO response, no resolution, no communication.
